the ocean that can be seen and heared from the house. It has a wide and
comfortable garden with grass and elegant cypresses surrounding the house.
From the roof terrace you can enjoy the marvellous views of the Atlantic
without move from house.
Description: a house built and decorated with taste and quality.
Floor of marble, double glass windows, good isolation material. Great living
room-dining room with fire place, TV, sofas and rustical castillian style
dining place. One aditional person can sleep on one of the sofas. From here
a stairways leads to the roof terrace. Wide and complete kitchen with all
the necessary utensils with oven, laundry machine, dishwasher and toaster.
Two rooms with individual beds and embedded closets. Bathroom.
Situation: beach 100m. store 300m. supermarket 300m. restaurant 150m.
and some towns of near and next interest to the house like: Conil 5 km,
Vejer 10 km, Cádiz 35 km, Jeréz 70 km, Seville 130 km.
Very recommended for children: cradle available low petition, great
garden, and no traffic, close to the beach.
