a) what we liked:
Die Objektbeschreibung und Bilder entsprachen absolut der Realität. Mehr noch: im Bad befindet sich zusätzlich noch ein Bidet, was nicht vermerkt gewesen ist. Eine sehr angenehme Entdeckung.
Bemerkenswert auch der sehr grosse Kühlschrank mit sep. Gefrierfach.
Der Pool ist herrlich und die Sonnenuntergänge zwischen den Pinien wunderschön.
Trotz der Pinien war immer ausreichend Fläche zum Sonnenbaden.
b) what we did not like:
Das wir nach 4 Wochen nach Hause mussten. Wir hatten das Gefühl, ein neues zu Hause gefunden zu haben.
c) what could be improved:
Für einen Urlaub im Mai ist der Pool meist zu kalt - nur rund 18 Grad Wassertemperatur.
Eine Poolheizung mit Sonnenkollektoren kostet nicht die Welt und würde die Poolnutzung für das ganze Jahr ermöglichen.

Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und in dem typischen andalusischen Stil gehalten und ohne aufdringliche Hotelburgen. Die kilometer langen Strände sind einfach traumhaft.
b) what we did not like:
In Restaurants dürfen leider keine Hunde mitgenommen werden. Aber das wussten wir vorher. ;-)

Perfekte Abwicklung der Reiseformalitäten.
Sehr gut vor Ort zu erreichen mit einfachen unkomplizierten Lösungen.
Sehr angenehmer guter Geist für die Garten.- und Poolpflege.

Nichts

die besitzer sind super nett und hilfsbereit. der pool und alles ist gepflegt und sauber, man kann sich prima erholen

a) what we liked:
Das Haus ist sehr schön, besonders der gepflegte Pool-Bereich. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Man ist aber trotzdem ungestört, da auch das andere Haus nur in deren Freizeit genutzt wird. Entspricht also der Beschreibung.
b) what we did not like:
Nichts, worauf direkt Einfluss genommen werden kann. Die Staubstrasse wird vielleicht einmal befestigt.
c) what could be improved:
Anders als im Stadtbereich gibt es hier zahlreiche Mücken (ist halt viel Natur). Man sollte Mückennetze auf jeden Fall dabei haben, im Haus gibt es leider nur chemische Keulen.
Anmerkung Casa Andaluza: 2006 wurden Mosquitonetze an den Schlafzimmerfenstern angebracht.

Conil und Umgebung sind unschlagbar in allem: Sehenswürdigkeiten, Natürlichkeit und Ursprung, Gastronomie und vor allem Strände.

a) what we liked:
Ein sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus ohne Schnickschack aber mit allem was man benötigt! Vor allem die Sauberkeit ist erwähnenswert. Sommer 2004 alles in bestem Zustand!
b) what we did not like:
Die Symbole sind nicht alle zutreffend, so fanden wir weder Grill noch Musikanlage vor.
c) what could be improved:
Die Treppe im Haus und die vom Balkon auf die Dachterrasse sind beide für jüngere Kinder gefährlich. Hier wären Gitter sinnvoll. Besonders die Außentreppe sollte abgesperrt sein.

Der Strand ist wunderbar, die Küste, Conil selbst sehr empfehlenswert.
b) what we did not like:
Die Gastronomie war eher enttäuschend. Selber kochen mit den wunderbaren Zutaten (frischer Fisch) ist angesagt.

Es gab immer prompte Reaktion wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Einmal war am Kanal etwas defekt und innerhalb kürzester Zeit kamen Sonntags Arbeiter um nach dem Problem zu sehen!

a) what we liked:
Sehr sauber. Klein aber fein. Wir hatten eine sehr ruhige Umgebung, genau den Urlaub den wir gesucht haben. Erstes Abendessen war schon da. Sehr erholsam, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist und schon mal Früchte und Wasser im Kühlschrank hat.
Der Parkplatz am Schatten.
b) what we did not like:
Z.T. etwas mühsames hinfahren, da runderhum gebaut wurde. Die Karte zum Haus ist schlecht, wir waren ca. 1/2 Stunde am suchen.
Gas war leider leer bei der Ankunft (kalte Dusche)
Die grosse Feriensiedlung die Gebaut wird. Baulärm.
Anmerkung Casa Andaluza: seit Herbst 2004 gibt es keinen Baulärm rund um Palmyra.
La Casita ist wenn Palmyra auch besetzt ist, ein wenig offen. D.h. es ist das Portierhäuschen und liegt halt am Eingang.
c) what could be improved:
Bessere Abgrenzung zur Einfahrt. Man könnte evtl. eine Klimaanlage einbauen.

Jerez war wunderschön. Der Strand von Conil ist riesig und wunderbar leer (nicht Strandtuch an Strandtuch).
b) what we did not like:
Die Strassen (oder besser die Autofahrer. Es ist nicht umsonst, dass Andalucia die Provinz mit den meisten Autotodesfällen in Spanien ist)
c) recommendations for other travellers:
Jerez lohnt sich alleweil. Ist genauso nah wie Cadiz und wesentlich einfacher zu erfahren.

Sehr gute Betreuung (wir waren ein Notfall, da wir innerhalb einer Woche eine Unterkunft brauchten in der Nähe Malage)
b) what we did not like:
Nichts.
c) what could be improved:
Bessere Informationen zu Zufahrtswegen (evtl. Internetplan oder ähnlich)

Anmerkung Casa Andaluza: wir haben inzwischen sehr gute Lagepläne, mit denen die Unterkünfte leicht zu finden sind.

a) what we liked:
The beautiful view from the villa, overlooking the ocean with a gentil brease during mornings and evenings. Dining outside. The spaciousness inside the villa; comfortable up to six people and the location in Andaluz on the Costa de la Luz; close to Cadiz and Jerez.
The pictures & website corresponds to the actual situation.
b) what we did not like:
Cannot think of something serious. The comfort of the bed could be better. And fans in the house or at least one in each bedroom would help during the hot months (We stayed there in Juli).
c) what could be improved:
To little practical information about the house. For example the gaz finished and all though there was a second full bottle we did not know how to connect it. it worked in the end but with a handbook How to run the house it would have taken less time.
Comment Casa Andaluza: since 2005, every house has a information booklet with detailed instructions to the handling of gas bottels.

a) what we liked:
Lovely beaches and cliffs at the doorstep, with the ocean for a cooling swim. Jerez, Cadiz, Ronda and Sevilla are breathtaking beautiful and a must being in the vincinety.
b) what we did not like:
Tourisme is closing in and more and more of the area is being build in. Nothing you can do about it I guess.
c) recommendations for other travellers:
and a beautiful fish restaurant next door. Also the restaurants on the beech (15 min. walk) are worth it.
